Welcome to Covenant Presbyterian Church
A Word from Pastor Schneider:
The Wednesday morning Women’s Bible Study will begin October 7th. Click here for more information about the Bible Study. Please call or email Brook if you are interested in attending. The Men’s Bible Study will also begin in October. A time and day have not been set, but we want your input. Please see Pastor Tom if you are interested.
If you are interested in joining the church or even learning a little more about the church, we invite you to our next Inquirers class. It is a 3 week class that most likely will begin in September or October. Please see Pastor Tom if you are interested.
Starting on Sunday, August 16, we are requiring people (over 3 years old) to wear a mask (or face shield) as you enter our facilities, and then also when you leave our facilities. This is for both Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. We have masks available. They are located on the table in the Lobby with the water bottles. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Pastor Tom at 863-385-3234. Thank you!
We are so glad that you have taken the time to visit our website! We want to be an authentic, biblical COMMUNITY where people experience loving, caring, accountable relationships. One of our goals is for every member to join a local small group to experience community on a personal and practical level. We want to be a church of small groups where God's Word is discussed, prayed over and applied together.
Our church is not only about connecting with one another, but most importantly, it is connecting to our Lord and Savior, Jesus CHRIST. The Good News of Jesus Christ is why we exist, and it continues to affect every area of our lives.
If the Gospel is indeed good news, we cannot keep it to ourselves. God's Spirit moves and compels us to serve the church and world with COMPASSION.
We hope our website will provide resources that will nurture and guide you in your walk with God. If you are looking for a new church home, come and visit us this Sunday!
What is Discipleship?
Are you involved in the lives of others? What exactly does God want all of us to do? Listen to this definition of discipleship – "Laboring in the lives of a few with the intention of imparting one’s life, the gospel and God’s Word in such a way as to see them become mature and equipped followers of Christ, committed to doing the same in the lives of others.”
